What are your thoughts on a Pontiac Vibe

I would get its twin, the Toyota Matrix, but the Pontiac Vibe offers more discounts.

The amount of misinformation that exists from the above posts is astounding. The Vibe is built in a plant in California that is a joint effort between GM & Toyota. They r similar cars, sharing powertrain & interior components. The sheet metal is different. My wife had one & loved it, good power, fuel economy & was fun to drive. NEVER had it in for service outside of maintenance. Only reason sold it is due to second child. The Pontiac will also give u a longer warranty than the Toyota (100k powertrain). The Vibe is a great buy & great value. I hope u find this information more useful than ''I never heard anything good about.''

forget pontiac go with the toyota martrix. It is very similar however we all know how long a toyota will last verses the pontiac.

i beleive it is just a rebadged toyota matrix.could be totally wrong though.its an all around decent car.ok mpg, ok pick-up.plus you can buy it and say you purchased domestic instead of import

you do relize the vibe is the same as a toyota matrix so yep its a good car
