We are trying to find any info on a 1931 pontiac chief sedan.2 door. 5 window coupe.all original parts except headlights. what would it appraise for in a private sale as is? any info is appreiated.
i wanted to add that it is not running, but has the original motor,etc. it is primered out to keep from rusting, we have a guy interested but does not wanna buy it for what my husband wants, $10,000. is that too much or should we hold on to the car? thanks for the awnsers so far, huge help :)

right now it would bring about 5 grand just like it sets,if its all original its worth more,i have a friend that has two of those,both re-stored,and one is customized with newer drive train & stuff on it,and he was offered 45 k for it at last years rod run in Tennessee,at dolly wood,so it is worth some good money right like it sets,i do not know where u found it at,but wait another year or two & it will go up a lot more in value,collectors love those things,especially finding them that r all original like that one,good luck with it,hope this helps.

depends on the condition but thats a rare car i would say in original rust free about $20000
